This Privacy Policy outlines the commitment of ScoreNow (operated by John Schapmann) to protecting the privacy of users of its mobile applications and related services, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
It applies to all mobile applications, games, content, and services developed and published under the ScoreNow brand — including but not limited to Pickleball Score, Tennis Score, Mölkky Score, Angry Darts, Squash Score, and future releases (collectively referred to as the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you expressly accept this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your data as described below.

While using the Services, ScoreNow may collect the following categories of data:
- Technical information: device model, operating system, language, app version, advertising identifier, IP address, usage data (clicks, session duration, in-app events).
- Personal information voluntarily provided: email address, nickname, profile photo, user-generated content (comments, match data, photos, etc.).
- Payment-related information: for in-app purchases made via official platforms (App Store, Google Play). ScoreNow does not directly collect or store any banking information.

- Ensure the proper technical operation of the Services.
- Improve usability, features, and overall performance.
- Analyze anonymized usage data to enhance user experience and optimize design.

Some app features rely on third-party technologies or SDKs (e.g. Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Analytics, advertising networks).

The Services are not intended for children under 17 years old.
